BCS Rainy run club

On A RAINY STORMY morning. BCS warmed up with motivators to 12 (296 total SSH!!) took 8 pax through the puddles and lightning around the entire path with Fox & Hound sprints, pack to parking lot for suicides then under the pavilion for a smorgasbord of lightning safe exercises.
