Run Club will be:
Monday through Friday
5:30 am Start with light dynamic stretching
Run/Walk as many or as few miles as you wish
Get to know a neighbor and get better!
We will offer some light body weight type exercises and stretching that will benefit you post running if you desire to do a little more
Our permit for the park officially runs from 5 am to 7 am so feel free to arrive a little early if you need extra stretching, warm up etc and stick around and chat after to network and get to know each other.
